Somehow I&#8217;d completely forgotten about this, even though it was only on in 2013 and\u00a0I found it great\u00a0at the time, easily the highlight of the show. \u00a0It seems like something my friends would appreciate, and the American contingent probably missed out on it too given the strong UK news\/TV focus of the rest of the show. So here&#8217;s four of the segments, unfortunately the remaining two\u00a0don&#8217;t seem to be on YouTube.<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly Jason Hazeley and Joel Morris are credited as &#8220;<span style=\"color: #333333;\">program associates&#8221; for the show. I thought those names seemed\u00a0familiar, and it&#8217;s because they&#8217;re two of the people responsible for <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.framleyexaminer.com\/\">The Framley Examiner<\/a><\/em>, my favourite ever newspaper\/website\/book. I&#8217;ve owned <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.co.uk\/Framley-Examiner-editors\/dp\/0718145798\/\">the book<\/a> for, ooh, something like 12 years now, and I can still take it off the shelf and find new things to\u00a0chuckle about in\u00a0it.\u00a0There&#8217;s definitely echoes of the <em>Examiner<\/em>&#8216;s<em>\u00a0<\/em>absurd humour in Cunk&#8217;s ramblings.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On another procrastinatathon through YouTube, I stumbled\u00a0across the gloriously named &#8220;Philomena Cunk&#8221; and her Moments of Wonder from Charlie Brooker&#8217;s Weekly Wipe.
